With 99 well-appointed en suite rooms and good facilities, this recently refurbished modern hotel is located on the Central line of the London Underground system, in Zone 4.
Situated on the southern tip of Epping Forest with excellent access to the centre of the capital, the hotel is the ideal base for visiting the sights, theatres and shops of London. The hotel has good motorway links, and Tube and rail services offer fast, efficient access to the heart of London, with a journey time of only 30 minutes.
Each of the rooms has either a bath or shower and all rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers, toiletries, high-speed broadband and a TV with pay-per-view movies.
The hotel offers a bar/lounge, 24-hour room service and a restaurant. There is free car parking for up to 100 cars.
All guests staying in May will have breakfast included in the room rate.
On the outskirts of Epping Forest, the hotel offers relief from the stresses of the city, whilst remaining ideal for visiting London via its excellent motorway, tube and rail links. The nearby South Woodford Tube station is on the Central line of the London Underground network, with trains running regularly to the heart of the capital. The relaxing location makes the hotel an ideal venue for seminars, training courses and private functions, but with the benefit of excellent accessibility. The hotel holds a licence for civil wedding ceremonies and the conference and banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 200 people.
The Lakeside Shopping Centre and Waltham Abbey are also within easy reach.

There is a bar/lounge serving drinks and light snacks from 11:00 till 23:00. Sandwiches are served all day, and the restaurant serves breakfast daily (continental and full English). Dinner is available from Monday to Thursday from 19:00 to 21:30. Limited room service is also available.
Exit m25 (j27) onto m11 southbound. Travel south to end of m11. Take right- hand exit a406 (North Circular) towards West End. Keep left and take first exit towards Woodford Green/Walthamstow. Take a104 for Woodford Green. Approx. 300 yds turn left into Oak Hill. Hotel is 200 yards on the right.
